What's Going On
in Town!

2004
The following are repeatable dates for every month:

- First and Third Mondays are council meetings.
- Second Tuesday is Kemmerer/Diamondville Water and Wastewater Joint Powers Board meeting.
- Second Wednesday is the Diamondville Planning and Zoning Board meeting.
- The third Wednesday is the Fossil Basin Promotion Board (a joint powers lodging tax board) meeting. They are all held at 7:00 PM.
January
February

- Lions Club Fishing Derby is Feb. 28th and 29th

- The Annual 6th grade DARE Ski Trip sponsored by the Diamondville and Kemmerer Police Departments in conjunction with the graduation of the DARE program. Feb. 28th
March

- The DARE Graduation is on March 5, 2004 at the Kemmerer Middle School.

April
May
June

- “Search & Rescue Barbecue” at the Diamondville Municipal Park to raise money for Lincoln County Search & Rescue. This year it is on June 12, 2004.

July

- Fossil Fest is July 8th, 9th, and 10th.

- "Tour de Wyoming" July 17th thru July 23rd
Cycle Wyoming. This tour starts and ends in Kemmerer/Diamondville and encompasses a loop from here with the eastern route to Jackson and down the western route to return here.

- Oyster Ridge Music Festival is July 30th, 31st, and August 1st.
August

- The Lincoln County Fair in Afton, Wyoming is August 2nd - 7th
